This day was the most agitated one.

We left in the morning from Sibiu and we left all the teams to continue partying. Razvan who decided not to drink any alcohol was driving. I fell asleep and so Nico decided to stay awake and be a nice company for him. They dropped me at my parents place in Pitesti and they went to Bucharest to Nico’s place to finish packing. When I woke up I drove to Bucharest as well to arrange the formalities for Turkmenistan visa. Razvan gave me a call that the police stopped him because he was not wearing the seat belt on the road and that he did not know that the car papers where with me.

After 15 minutes of debating the police told him that he did not have the seat belt, the papers for the car, that he had some stickers improperly applied on windows so we got the second fine in Mongol Rally and that was in our city of birth (80 ron). 6.000 km out of 19.000 km.

We stopped at Nikon headquarters to pick up the camera (Nikon D3200 lens 16/85) and the tripod and so we got the official camera for our experience.

We spent the night in Bucharest and we had everything arrange for the next day to head to the seaside at Oha Beach Party (next party in the Mongol Rally) where we were going to meet the teams again.
