Ready, Steady, GO! the big day has come! We are preparing for this day since last October! It is sensational, we get in the car!

We certainly have forgotten many things at home, but we’re lucky we turn all by Romania so we will have time to make a checklist on the road. This is the checklist which we intend to make a lot of times but I never finished :))

It’s 3:00, I made coffee and went his way. Drive through Romania in the run and get to the Hungarian border. Initially we show to the border authorities our bulletins, but within seconds we realized that we want stamps on passports. So, practically we bagged them to stamp our passports.

Well where do you think we stopped the first time since leaving the country? we stopped in Pandorf to start the rally by getting some shopping done.

After shopping we realized that we traveled only 900 km out of the 1,400 proposed in the first day and had no photos for facebook so we went flying down the valley 132 km / h along a crew police Yurty first felt breathing down his neck hazard warning lights. His excited pulled the righteous, police took photos with monkeys and we paid 50 EUR fee fun.

I ran further on the highway to the entrance in Munich where Marcel (our GPS) found himself with a promise from Razvan that he will distroy it after Turkey because it tooked us on a weird way so we managed to get late at the meeting with Cristina, our friend from Munich.

Finally, at 22:00 we reached the right coordinates indicated Leopord Strasse, We went and did what anyone would do after 1400 km, took Tania and Cristina for beers. I still had a little sleep standing in the way of fatigue, but I found myself instantly when I came across a WiFi connection and saw an email from the organizers telling me that I forgot to give the number plate of Yurty, our litte red car.

We got to bed after nearly 24 hours of departure and unconverted slept until the next day.
